摘要 在对内蒙古某铀矿CO2+O2地浸矿山固定床树脂垢层、树脂污染物分析的基础上,研究得到树脂清洗、解毒一体化试剂,可将树脂清洗、解毒过程合二为一。结合树脂解毒、清洗过程,研制出一套树脂清洗解毒设备,与一体化试剂形成全新的树脂清洗解毒一体化工艺。试验表明,树脂清洗解毒一体化工艺有效地提高了树脂清洗和解毒效果,提高了设备的利用率和操作人员的工作效率,提升了中国铀水冶工艺技术和装备的水平,可为铀矿大基地建设提供技术支撑。 Based on analysis of the resin scale layer and resin contamination of fixed dense bed at in-situ leaching mine of a uranium mine by CO2+O2 in inner Mongolia,study on an integration reagent of resin cleaning and detoxification was carried out.As the result,resin cleaning and detoxification becomes one process.Combination of the process of resin detoxification and cleaning,a set of resin cleaning and detoxifying equipment was developed,which forms a new fixed bed resin cleaning and detoxifying integrated process.Experiment indicates that the resin cleaning and detoxification integrated process effectively improves the resin cleaning and detoxification effect,improves the utilization rate of equipment and the working efficiency of operators,improves the uranium hydrometallurgy process technology and hydrometallurgy equipment level in China.The study result can provides technical support for the construction of large uranium mine bases.
