地理国情普查成果与国产卫星影像应用于秸秆焚烧监测的关键技术研究

Key Technology Research of Applying the Geographical National Census Results and Chinese-built Satellite Images to Straw Burning Monitoring

主要研究基于地理国情普查成果与国产卫星影像提取秸秆焚烧迹地的算法和流程,并结合环保部秸秆焚烧监测火点专题信息,制定秸秆焚烧监测重点区域的划定依据和方法。选择某县进行试验,通过外业实地核查,对秸秆焚烧迹地提取结果进行比对分析,论证地理国情普查成果与国产卫星遥感影像应用于秸秆焚烧监测的可行性。

This paper mainly studied the algorithms and processes of extracting straw burning slash based on geographical national census results and Chinese-built satellite images,and combined with fire spot thematic information of straw burning monitoring,formulated the method and basis for delineating key areas of straw burning monitoring.And it chose a county to carry out the experiment,through field verification,compared and analyzed the results of straw burning slash extraction to demonstrate the feasibility of the application of Geographic National Census results and Chinese-built satellite images in straw burning monitoring.
