摘要
近年来,莱州市居住区面积扩张加剧,对其进行系统科学的适宜性评价,已成为本市规划和空间分析的重点课题。本文以莱州市全市居住用地适宜性评价为研究内容,基于互联网地理信息资源收集研究所需的自然环境和人口经济相关数据;选取了自然环境、社会经济方面16项评价指标,运用层次分析法计算各评价因子的权重;利用GIS分析技术各评价指标进行分析计算,并进行加权叠加分析,得到全市居住用地适宜性分级评价结果,为城市建设与规划决策等提供科学的依据与建议。
In recent years,the residential land has a rapid increase in Laizhou City.How to systematically evaluate the suitability of residential land has become a key topic in the planning and spatial analysis of this city.This paper takes the suitability evaluation of residential land in Laizhou City as the research content,then collects the related data of natural environment and population economy based on the Internet geographic information resources.The sixteen sub-item evaluation indicators of natural environment,Social and economic aspects were selected,and the weights of each evaluation factor were calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The GIS analysis technology is used to analyze and calculate the evaluation indicators,and the weighted overlay analysis is carried out to obtain the final evaluation result.Finally the city’s residential land suitability classification map is made,it can provide scientific basis for urban construction and planning decisions.
