Discussion on Construction of Full Coverage Real Property Survey Database and Updating Mechanism

在分析不动产登记和权籍调查数据现状的基础上,提出了在中国建设全覆盖不动产权籍调查数据库的必要性,进一步阐述了建设全覆盖不动产权籍调查数据库的基本路径,以及数据库更新机制建设的主要思路,以期进一步提升国土资源管理精准化水平,支撑和促进经济社会可持续发展。

By analyzing the present situation of real property registration and survey data,this paper puts forward the necessity of building a full coverage real property survey database in China.Further elaborated the basic path of constructing the real property survey database with full coverage,as well as the main ideas of database update mechanism construction.With a view to further improve the precision of land and resources management,support and promote sustainable economic and social development.
