摘要 为满足沈阳市智慧城市建设中多规合一平台建设对基础地理信息数据需求,作为基础地理信息数据之一的城市地下管线数据的现势性必须得到保证。地下管线平台在独立运行基础上与多规合一平台对接。管线数据生产在满足约束条件下必须使既有数据资源的利用最大化。地下管线平台建设在综合选定软硬件资源的基础上,进行系统支撑和平台架构及拟实现功能设计,在完成系统物理布置及系统集成后通过试运行来验证既定目标的实现。 In order to meet the needs of the basic geographic information data in the construction of“multiple plans merging into one area”platform of smart city of Shenyang,the present situation of the urban underground pipeline data as one of the basic geographic information data must be guaranteed.The underground pipeline platform,while running independently,is docking with the“multiple plans merging into one area”platform.Pipeline data production must maximize the utilization of existing data resources under constraint condition.The underground pipeline platform is built on the basis of synthetically selecting the software and hardware resources,and carries on system support,platform architecture and function design which intends to realize.After completing the arrangement of system physics-and system integration,the system is tested to verify the realization of the set purpose.
