清远市区城镇用地扩展情况分析

Analysis of Urban Land Expansion in Qingyuan City

清远建市30年以来在各方面均取得了较大发展,本文通过市区城镇用地扩展情况分析清远在城镇化方面取得的成绩。建市以来,清远市区城镇建设用地面积增长迅速,尤其2001年之后扩展速度较快。南部片区和核心片区的扩展强度最大,其次是西南片区和东部片区。1987年至2009年清远市区城镇用地图斑的扩展主要呈破碎、分散的态势,而2009年之后空间格局逐步趋向紧凑型,但仍较为分散。东北片区紧凑度最大且明显高于其他4个片区;核心片区的紧凑度最小,但其变化趋势最接近整个市区的变化;西南片区和东部片区城镇用地紧凑度指数相当,呈相对较稳定的逐年下降趋势。

Qingyuan has achieved great development in all aspects at the time of 30th anniversary of the establishment.This article analyzes the achievements made by Qingyuan in urbanization through analysis of urban land expansion.Since the establishment of Qingyuan,its urban land area has grown rapidly,especially after 2001.The southern and the core areas have the greatest urbanization expanding index,followed by the southwest and east areas.The expansion of urban land in Qingyuan City was mainly fragmented and decentralized from 1987 to 2009,the spatial pattern gradually became compact after 2009,but it was still scattered in 2017.The northeast area has the greatest compactness index and it is obviously higher than the other four areas;the core area has the minimum compactness,but its change trend is closest to the change of Qingyuan City;the compactness index of the urban land in the southwest area and the eastern area is quite comparable and decline year by year.
