铁路列车晚点信息手机推送服务研究

铁路一直致力于追求旅客列车正点率,特别是高速动车组正点率较高,但由于自然灾害、行车事故、人为因素等影响还是会出现列车晚点停运的情况,由于旅客不知道晚点停运信息,给旅客的出行带来了很多的不便。文章针对这一问题提出了向手机发送所乘列车晚点信息的短信通知,并给出相应的解决方案。该措施不但能节约旅客的出行成本,也提高了铁路的客运服务质量,彰显铁路部门为人民的精神。

As the railway has been committed to the pursuit of the punctuality rate of passenger trains,especially the high punctuality rate of high-speed EMU,due to the influence of natural disasters,traffic accidents,and man-made factors and so on,there will still be delays in train operation.Because the passengers do not know the late stop information,it has brought a lot of inconvenience to the passengers.In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward the short message notification of the delay information of the train to the mobile phone,and gives the corresponding solution.This measure can not only save the travel cost of passengers,but also improve the quality of railway passenger service and highlight the spirit of the railway department for the people.
