瓦厂坪铝土矿1104工作面回采优化

摘要 通过分析瓦厂坪铝土矿1104工作面矿体的物理力学性质和1102工作面的三机配套生产情况,为1104工作面设备改进优化提供参数,在1104工作面回采时更换采矿机总功率增加但电机钻速保持不变,增加采矿机与铝土矿层的摩擦力,改用破岩截齿和提高刮板输送机槽体的耐磨强度,减少维修次数,提高工作面产量。 By analyzing the physical and mechanical properties of ore body in 1104 working face of Wachangping Bauxite Mine and the matching production of three machines in 1102 working face,parameters are provided for the improvement and optimization of equipment in 1104 working face.The total power of replacement mining machine increases while the drilling speed of motor remains unchanged at 1104 working face,the friction between mining machine and bauxite layer is increased,rock-breaking pick-up and scraper conveyor trough are used instead.The wear resistance of the body reduces the times of maintenance and improves the output of the working face.
