摘要
针对地铁车轮踏面擦伤故障,提出一种基于MEEMD包络谱的地铁列车车轮踏面擦伤诊断方法。该方法使用MEEMD将车轮轴箱垂向振动信号分解成IMF分量,再提取各分量的包络谱峰值作为判断车轮踏面擦伤的特征值。对现场实验数据的分析结果表明,该方法能有效诊断出车轮踏面擦伤故障。
Aiming at the fault of subway wheel tread scratch,a method of subway train wheel tread scratch diagnosis based on MEEMD envelope spectrum is proposed.In this method,the vertical vibration signal of the wheel axle box is decomposed into IMF components by MEEMD,and the envelope spectrum peak of each component is extracted as the eigenvalue to judge the wheel tread abrasion.The analysis results of the field experimental data show that this method can effectively diagnose the wheel tread abrasion fault.
