施工安全风险评估在大型水运工程的应用

水运工程施工环境条件复杂,施工组织困难,作业安全风险较高。在工程开工前,开展定性、定量的施工安全风险评估,能够增强安全风险意识,改进施工措施,规范预案、预警、预控管理,建立系统安全的最优方案,为实现安全技术、安全管理的标准化和科学化创造条件,有效降低施工风险,防范安全生产事故的发生。

The construction environment of water transportation project is complex,the construction organization is difficult,and the safety risk of operation is high.Before the project starts,carrying out qualitative and quantitative construction safety risk assessment can enhance the awareness of safety risk,improve construction measures,standardize the management of pre-plan,early warning and pre-control,and establish the optimal scheme of system safety.The purpose of this paper is to create conditions for the standardization and scientization of safety technology and safety management,effectively reduce the construction risk and prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents.
