摘要
文章主要以中冶新材单机架可逆轧机为列,在传统厚度控制原理基础上,提出带钢头尾在加减速轧制过程中厚度控制补偿的方法,减少头尾厚度不达标量,提高成材率。
The AGC system for WISDRI(XINYU)reversible single stand cold rolling mill is introduced.The Method of Thickness Control Compensation for Head and Tail of Strip in Acceleration and Deceleration Rolling.The actual results of application show that the AGC system can greatly improve the gauge accuracy of the rolled stock so as to meet the requirements for practical production.
