《金匮要略》对眩晕的认识及其后世影响

A Brief Analysis of the Understanding of vertigo in Synopsis of Golden Chamber and Its Influence in Later Ages

目的:阐发《金匮》论治眩晕对后世医家的影响。方法:基于文献学研究方法,对《金匮》中有关眩晕之论述、后世医家在眩晕诊治中对《金匮》之继承与发展进行分析研究。结果:《金匮》多从“痰”“虚”两方面对眩晕的诊治进行认识。后世医家对《金匮》论治眩晕在病因病机、治则治法及方药运用等方面均有一定的继承与发展。结论:《金匮》对后世医家论治眩晕具有重要的影响作用。

Objective To elucidate the enlightenment from Synopsis of Golden Chamber on diagnosis and treatment of vertigo for doctors of later generations.Methods Based on the research method of literature,discussing the relevant vertigo in Synopsis of Golden Chamber;the inheritance and evelopment of Synopsis of Golden Chamber is analyzed and researched by doctors of later generations in the treatment of vertigo.Results Synopsis of Golden Chamber from the "sputum" "virtual" two aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo to understand. doctors of later generations on the treatment of vertigo in the etiology and pathogenesis, treatment principles and methods,prescription medicine and other aspects have a certain inheritance and development. Conclusion Synopsis of Golden Chamber has an important enlightenment on diagnosis and treatment of vertigo for doctors of later generations.
