摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定安康颗粒中阿魏酸的含量。方法:色谱柱Waters XSelect HSS T3(4.6×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.085%磷酸溶液(25∶75)为流动相,等度洗脱;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:316 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:阿魏酸对照品在0.224-2.247μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9994;平均回收率为100.31%(RSD=1.58%)。结论:所采用的方法准确、可靠,可行性及重复性良好,能有效控制安康颗粒的质量。
Objictive To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of ferulic acid in Ankang Granules.Methods The analysis of methanol-0.085% phosphoric acid(25∶75) extract of Ankang Granules was performed on a 30℃ thermostatic InertsiL Waters XSelect HSS T3(4.6×250 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of methanol-water flowing at 1.0 mL/min. Results Ankang Granules showed good linear relationships within their own ranges( r=0.9994),whose average recoveries were 100.31%,with the RSDs of 1.58%. Conclusion This sensitive,teliable and accurate mehtod can be used for the quality control of Ankang Granules.
