几种药剂对小菜蛾幼虫的防治效果试验

Control Effect of Several Chemicals on Plutella xylostella Larvae

选用乙基多杀菌素、粘颗·苏云菌等5种杀虫剂对小菜蛾进行田间防效试验。结果表明,6%乙基多杀菌素和20%氯虫苯甲酰胺防治小菜蛾有较好的速效性和持效性,粘颗·苏云菌速效性较差,药后5 d防效仅为45.6%,但表现出较强的持效性,在调查后期防治效果仍较强,药后8 d防效达91.9%,药后11 d防效高达94.0%,在5种药剂中持效性最好。5%阿维菌素和5%甲维盐的效果不理想,防效在70%左右。建议在实际防治小菜蛾过程中使用乙基多杀菌素、氯虫苯甲酰胺和粘颗·苏云菌,且最好交替使用,以确保效果及减缓抗药性的产生。

Five insecticides,such as ethyl polychloride and Bacillus mucronatus,were used to control Plutella xylostella larvae in the field.The results showed that 6%ethylpolychloride and 20%chlorpromazine had good quick and sustained effect on the control ofPlutella xylostella.The control effect of myxomyxomycetes was poor.The control effect was 45.6%after 5 days,but showed a strong sustained effect.The control effect continued to increase in the later stage of the investigation.The control effect reached 91.9%after 8 days and 94.0%after 11 days,which was the best among the five drugs.The effect of 5%avermectin and 5%carbendazim was not ideal,and the control effect was about 70%.It is suggested to use ethidin,chlorobenzamide and myxomyxomycetes alternately in the actual control of Plutella xylostella,so as to ensure the effect and slow down the emergence and development of drug resistance.
