口腔医用耗材分类编码方案的设计与实行

Design and implementation of classification and coding scheme for stomatological consumables

目的:设计一套新的口腔医用耗材分类编码方案,为医院医用耗材管理提供支持。方法:分析原有口腔医用耗材编码存在的主要问题,研究口腔医用耗材的分类方法,制订6级编码方案,并通过口腔充填修复类耗材和口腔种植及组织重建类耗材进行验证。结果:经过实例验证,新的编码方案有利于医用耗材分类管理的实施,对医用耗材目录遴选、科室计划、采购发放、临床使用、监测评价等各个环节都有着重要的作用,为口腔医用耗材全生命周期管理提供保障。结论:新编码方案的使用提高了耗材管理的工作效率,规范了口腔医用耗材的管理工作,保证了医用耗材管理的精确性、科学性。

Objective To design a set of classification and coding scheme to support stomatological consumables management.Methods The main problems of the stomatological consumables coding were analyzed.The classification method of stomatological consumables was explored,and a 6-level coding scheme was established and then verified with the consumables for dental filling repair,implant and tissue reconstruction.Results Trials showed that the new coding scheme was conducive to the implementation of classified management of medical consumables,played an important role in the selection of medical consumables catalogue,department planning,procurement and distribution,clinical use,monitoring and evaluation,and provided guarantee for the whole life cycle management of dental medical consumables.Conclusion The new coding scheme improves the work efficiency of consumables management,standardizes the management of dental medical consumables,and facilitates medical consumables management.
