摘要
目的:运用PDCA循环解决高值医用耗材追溯管理中存在的问题,促进医用耗材追溯管理的规范化和标准化。方法:应用PDCA循环理论,分析高值医用耗材追溯管理的现状,根据发现的问题制订解决方案并验证实施效果。结果:PDCA循环实施后,高值医用耗材追溯管理中的不规范行为大幅减少,达到了预设目标。结论:应用PDCA循环理论可以规范高值医用耗材追溯管理,提升高值医用耗材追溯管理水平,减少高值医用耗材追溯管理中的纰漏。
Objective To introduce PDCA cycle into the retrospective management of high-value medical consumables to promote its standardization.Methods PDCA cycle theory was used to analyze the present situation of the retrospective management of high-value medical consumables,and then some countermeasures were put forward based on the problems and verified with trials.Results The desired requirements were met by reducing the nonstandard behaviors during retrospective management of high-value medical consumables.Conclusion PDCA cycle was proved to be effective for enhancing ret-rospective management of high-value medical consumables.
