摘要
针对传统永磁电机的结构和电磁特点,提出一种新型混合式弧形结构永磁转子同步电机,采用面贴式和内置式永磁体混合磁路结构,同时面贴式永磁体设计为弧形,有效改善了气隙磁密的正弦性。为验证所提出的新型结构永磁转子同步电机的电磁转矩特性,根据电机设计流程,分别建立了传统面贴式永磁转子、传统内置式永磁转子和新型结构永磁转子的电机参数模型,同时建立3种结构电机的有限元仿真模型。通过负载状态下的仿真计算,得到3种电机在额定负载和其他不同负载状态下的转矩特性,通过对比分析,验证了所提出的新型机构电机的优越性。
Aiming at the structural and electromagnetic characteristics of the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper proposed a novel hybrid arc-shaped permanent magnet synchronous motor(HAPMSM),which owns the hybrid magnetic circuits of surface-mounted PMs and interior PMs,moreover,the surface-mounted PMs are well designed to be arc-shaped,then the sinusoidal features of the air gap magnetic flux density are improved dramatically.According to the PMSM design process,the parametric structure models of the surface-mounted PMs,the interior PMs,and the HAPMSM are established respectively in order to verify the electromagnetic torque characteristic of the HAPMSM.Simultaneously,the FEMs of three different structures motor are established.Through simulating and calculating of the FEMs of the three motors,the electromagnetic torque characteristics under different loads are obtained,Comparing the simulated results,the high performance of the HPMSM is preliminary verified.
