摘要
为了解决新疆部分地区严重的弃风问题,对基于清洁能源供暖促进弃风消纳的方法进行了研究。首先划分了电蓄热锅炉同时运行和三批次运行两种方法,然后对原始条件和不同方法下的负荷峰谷率、弃风情况、所需要的非弃风电量、采暖成本以及风电收益进行了研究,此外还对外界环境如改造面积、温度和弃风率以及交易电价等多因素变量变化时对弃风率和所需要的非弃风电量进行了研究,通过新疆某地区实际电网进行了验证,对实际清洁能源供暖促进弃风消纳有指导意义。
In order to solve the problem of serious abandonment wind in some areas of Xinjiang,this paper studies the method based on clean energy heating to promote the abandonment of wind.Firstly,it is divided into two methods:simultaneous operation and three batch operation.Then,under the original conditions and different methods,the load peak-to-valley rate,abandonment situation,non-abandonment wind electricity requirement,heating costs and wind power revenues have been studied.In addition,the paper also studies the abandonment rate and the required non-abandonment of wind in the external environment multi-factor such as the area of renovation,temperature,transaction price and abandonment rate.An actual power grid in Xinjiang has been verified,which has guiding significance for the actual clean energy heating to promote the abandonment of wind.
