The hardware architecture,data flow and main functions are introduced based on new outage management system.The comprehensive scheme should be generated based on multi-source to ensure the power to recover quickly and the loss to decrease.The work load of the dispatchers and site teams also decreases and the work efficiency is improved.The outage management system is one important part of highly automatic management of distribution network.
