摘要
旨在判断B超引导能否实施山羊腔静脉滤器植入。腔静脉滤器4枚,在B超影像引导下分别正向和反向植入山羊颈静脉内,每种植入方法使用2枚滤器;术后第2天应用计算机X线摄影图像判断滤器位置;术后12 d注射自体血栓,并在术后14 d手术取出滤器,观察血栓捕捉情况以及是否存在血管内膜损伤。山羊颈静脉直径为8.14 mm^12.5 mm,平均9.97 mm。4枚滤器3枚安装成功,一枚滤器正向安装失败,被肌肉包裹。反向安装的滤器术后第2 d迁移至前腔静脉并固定,未发生明显偏移,所有植入的滤器均能捕捉到血栓,滤器安装处血管内膜无肉眼可见损伤。B超引导能够顺利实施山羊腔静脉滤器植入,滤器能够捕捉到血栓,对血管内膜损伤小。
This experiment was conducted to explore deployment method of vena cava filter(VCF)in goats.Four VCFs were implanted into jugular veins by ultrasound guidance in goats,2 forword and 2 inversion deployment.Two days after deployment,the computed radiography was used to judge location of VCFs.Twelve days after deployment,autologous thrombosis from goat was injected into its jugular vein and VCFs were taken out 2 days later to observe thrombosis capture and vessel intima injury.The goats mean diameter of jugular vein was 9.97 mm.Three filters were implanted successfully and one filter of forward implantation failed,the VCF was packaged by muscle.The filter of inversion implantation migrated to the precava and immobilized 2 days after implantation,the filter was not obviously skewed and all implanted VCFs could capture thrombosis,there was no visible injury of vascular intima at the implanted site.VCF could be successfully deployed by ultrasound guidance in goats,it could capture thrombosis and there was no intima injury.
