摘要
微系统产品对整机装配精度要求非常高,而装配精度直接受限于零件各配合尺寸的公差设计。如何既满足装配精度,又有效降低零件加工成本,成为公差设计急需研究的方向。针对上述问题,设计了典型样件,通过尺寸链仿真分析,将所需装配精度分解到各配合尺寸公差,检测结果表明该技术实现了设定的装配精度,可以作为公差设计的指导工具。
The requirements of microsystem products for the assembly accuracy of the whole machine are very high,and the assembly accuracy is directly limited by the tolerance design of each part's fit size.It has become urgent need to optimize tolerance design for assembly accuracy and economic machining.In this article,the dimensional chain simulation is used in tolerance design,and an assembly experiment is conducted to verify the methodology.The precision detect results prove that the methodology is effective.
