摘要 驱动桥壳作为汽车主要的承载构件,其性能对整车的安全性及可靠性有较大影响。因此,在车辆正常行驶中,应当确保驱动桥壳满足必要的力学性能要求。采用SolidWorks软件建立某型号卡车后桥桥壳的三维建模,在理论计算的基础上通过ANSYS软件分析了桥壳在两种典型工况下的结构强度和变形量,并对结构参数进行优化处理,完成驱动桥壳的轻量化设计。经过仿真验证,在满足使用要求的前提下,优化后的整体比重下降约20%。 The drive axle housing is the main load-bearing component of car,and its performance has great impact on the safety and reliability of the whole vehicle.Therefore,during normal vehicle driving,it should be ensured that the axle housing meets the necessary mechanical performance requirements.In this paper,the SolidWorks software is used to establish the 3D model of the rear axle housing on a certain type of truck.Based on the theoretical calculation,the structural strength and deformation of the axle shell under two typical working conditions are analyzed by using the ANSYS software;the structural parameters are optimized in processing to complete the lightweight design of the drive axle housing.Through the simulation verification,the overall proportion after optimization is reduced by about 20%on the premise of meeting the requirements for use.
