摘要
为合理设计螺杆膨胀机转子间配合间隙,以阴阳转子为研究对象,通过SolidWorks对阴阳转子进行建模,并导入ANSYS Workbench对其进行静力学分析,得出转子在高速转动下应力与应变的分布规律,为螺杆类机械转子间配合间隙的设计提供了参考。
In order to reasonably design the matching gap between rotors of screw expander,taking the male rotor and female rotor as the research objects in this paper,models of the male rotor and female rotor are built with the solidworks;and then they are imported into the ANSYS Workbench to obtain the distribution rule of stress and strain of rotors under the high-speed rotation.This paper can provide reference for the design of matching gap between the rotors of screw machinery.
