风电机组结构件设计及应力测试试验与分析

摘要 为确保风电机组主要结构部件承载安全性,利用整机局部热点应力测试试验来验证FEA边界条件施加的合理性和计算结果的准确性。通过对风电机组主要结构件进行测试试验,得出测试试验结果和FEA仿真结果基本吻合,测试结果受边界位置接触非线性、应变片精度等因素影响,主轴和主机架热点测试和计算的误差分别在5%和15%以内。该工作对今后有限元仿真和产品设计需要改进的地方具有指导意义。 In order to ensure the bearing safety of the main structural components of wind turbines,local hot spot stress test is used to verify the rationality of FEA boundary conditions and the accuracy of calculation results.Through test of the main structure parts of wind turbine,it is found that the test results are basically consistent with the FEA simulation results.The test results are affected by the non-linearity of contact at boundary position and the accuracy of strain gauge.The errors of reults with hot spot test and calculation of main shaft and main frame are less than 5%and 15%respectively.This work has guiding significance for the improvement of FEM simulation and product design in the future.
