摘要
旋转过跨车是冶金或厂矿企业用于轨道车辆换轨,实现轨道车辆能在不同方向上的轨道上自动行驶的设备。在工作过程中,车辆的设计需采用合理的结构,能够实现自行旋转,能够在用户现场复杂的条件下长期安全使用。本文结合天成彩铝铸轧铝深加工项目使用旋转过跨车的实例,较详细的介绍了旋转过跨车的结构特点和使用范围及结构设计,内容可供相关设计人员参考,对今后此类车辆的结构设计具有一定的指导作用。
The rotary transfer car is a kind of equipment which is used in the metallurgy or industrial enterprises for changing tracks of the rail vehicles,and allowing the rail vehicle to run automatically on tracks in different directions.The rotary transfer car shall be designed with reasonable structures so that it can rotate automatically during running process and operate safely for a long time under complex conditions on site.In this paper,the structural features and scope of application of the rotary transfer car are described in detail by the example of Tiancheng colored aluminum casting&rolling deep processing project.The contents can be used for reference by the relevant designers,and it has certain guiding function to the structural design of this kind of vehicle in the future.
