摘要
等离子旋转电极制粉机是一种高品质金属粉末生产装备,近几年随着金属3D打印等新兴技术的迅速发展,对细粒径、高纯金属粉末的需求越发迫切。介绍了一种超高转速制粉机的设计及功能,通过采用柔性连接技术提高了设备工作转速和细粉收率;采用惰性工作气氛闭环控制技术保证了制粉过程保护气氛的压力和纯度稳定,提高了粉体纯度。该设备的应用推广将对促进我国3D打印等新兴技术的研究和产业化有一定的参考价值。
The plasma rotating electrode processing(PREP)machine is a kind of high quality metal powder production equipment.In recent years,with the rapid development of metal 3D printing,the demand for fine particle size and high purity metal powder is becoming more and more urgent.In this paper,design and function of an ultra-high speed PREP machine is introduced,the working speed of the equipment is improved by using the flexible connection technology,and the yield of the fine powder is improved;the pressure and purity of the protective atmosphere in the powder-making process are guaranteed by using the closed-loop control technology of the protective working atmosphere,and then the purity of powder is improved.The application and popularization of this equipment will have certain reference value for promoting the research and industrialization of 3D printing technologies in China.
