摘要
针对水平井在长期采油、采气而冲砂技术的不成熟及冲砂方面的思想落后导致井内沉砂情况严重所引起的一系列问题,提出了一种针对水平井除砂的装置,通过对水平井螺杆钻除砂器装置的总体方案设计,主要结构参数的尺寸设计和三维建模,经装置动力分析计算以及利用ANSYS对主要构件进行强度分析,得出装置满足实际工况要求。该装置解决了水平井砂床、砂桥等问题,对提高水平井采油、气的效率的有着重要意义。
In this paper,in view of the problems caused by the immaturity of horizontal well in long-term oil production,gas production and sand-splitting technology and the serious sand-sinking condition,a sand removal device for the horizontal wells is proposed.Through the overall scheme design of the horizontal well screw drilling and sand removing device,as well as the size design and three-dimensional modeling for the main structural parameters,the strength analysis of the device and the strength analysis of the main components are conducted by using the ANSYS,the result shows that the device meets the actual working conditions.The device solves problems of horizontal well sand bed and sand bridge,and it is of great significance for improving the efficiency of oil and gas production in horizontal wells.
