半潜式钻井平台锚链机驱动系统升级改造探析

摘要 液压驱动锚链机起锚速度直接影响半潜式钻井平台作业时效,通过围绕加大液压站功率和加强机械传动系统的改造、提升液压系统输出功率从而达到系统能力提升的目的,并校核其他设备的安全可靠性,满足平台作业需求。该系统的成功应用对海上所有移动式平台均有参考价值。 The anchor lifting speed of hydraulic-driven chain windlass can directly affect the operation efficiency of the semi-submersible drilling platform.The windlass capacity will be improved by increasing the power of hydraulic station,strengthening modification of the mechanical transmission system and increasing the output power of hydraulic system;meanwhile,the safety and reliability of other equipment can be verified to meet the platform operation requirements in the designing process.The successful application of this system has reference value for all mobile offshore drilling platforms.
