摘要
北京市石景山区文化中心项目位于地铁6号线正上方。建筑物内部有剧场、电影院、录音棚等噪声振动敏感房间。为解决地铁经过建筑物时产生的噪声振动影响,采用建筑物整体浮筑的隔振做法。文章介绍了项目的噪声振动实测、减振垫效果的实验室测试、减振垫布置方案、竣工后的噪声振动实测等减振降噪工程实施全过程。该项目是国内首个采用减振垫建筑物整体浮筑做法的工程实例。竣工验收结果显示,隔振降噪控制效果达到了相关国家标准和规范的限值规定。
Beijing Shijingshan Cultural Center project is located at subway No.6 directly above.There are theatres,cinemas,recording studios etc.noise vibration sensitive rooms in the buildings.In order to settle the noise vibration influence caused by subway passing through the buildings,the subway adopts the vibration insulation method of the whole building floating construction.The paper introduces the vibration insulation and noise reduction engineering whole course,such as the real survey of noise vibration,Lab test of the result of vibration elimination mat,distribution scheme of vibration elimination mat and the real survey of noise vibration after the project completion.The project is the first engineering living example in our country,which adopts vibration elimination mat building of the whole building floating construction.The checking and accepting result of the completion shows that the control effect of the vibration insulation and noise reduction meet the limit value stipulation of the relevant national standards and criteria.
