This paper complains the door plank vibration caused by the window lifter of a certain saloon car and carries out the principle analysis,finds out the resonance reason of the electric motor of the glass lifter and door plank,and gives a detail settlement program.The data analysis and subjective evaluation show that the optimal countermeasure solves the complaints.This paper could give a use for reference and reference value for the settlement of these kinds of problems.
