某大型地下储气库噪声治理工程设计实例

Living Example of Noise Control Engineering Design for A Certain Large-sized Underground Gas Storage

某大型储气库的核心设备为大功率天然气压缩机及其配套空冷器机组,其运行时产生的高噪声对周边环境影响较大。文章对压缩机及配套空冷器的噪声源进行了分析,设计采取吸声、隔声、消声、减振等综合降噪措施,有效降低了其运行噪声对周边环境的影响,并使厂界噪声达标。根据空冷器的位置特点,采用新的降噪设计思路及消声元件,降低了工程投资,取得了良好效果。

The core equipments of a certain large-sized gas storage are the high power natural gas compressor and the complete set air cooler units.The high noise causes a great impact on the surrounding environment of the plant area during the operation.This paper analyzes the noise sources of compressor and its complete set air cooler and adopts the comprehensive noise reduction measures,such as sound absorption,sound insulation,sound damping and vibration reduction,and effectively reduces the impact of the operating noise on the surrounding environment.So the noises of the factory boundary comply with the standard.According to the position characteristics of the air cooler,the paper adopts the new noise reduction design idea and sound damping elements,and effectively reduces the investment of the project and obtains good results.
