摘要 建筑工程中的管道系统作为介质输送的必备条件,常受到机械振动和流体冲击的双重激励,使之成为隔振设计时不容忽视的重要部分。文章论述了民用建筑冷冻机房内水管路吊挂,落地安装及通风系统中风管吊装时的几种减振降噪做法,包括了经常被忽视的管道穿墙隔振的做法,分别通过添加弹簧减振器、弹簧吊架、橡胶减振垫、橡胶挠性接管、金属软管、波纹管补偿器等减振器材,使得振源通过管道产生振动的传导大大降低,并提出了减振设备在安装时应注意的事项。 The pipeline system in the construction engineering is a prerequisite for media delivery.They are subjected to the double excitations of the mechanical vibration and fluid concussion,and become an overlooked and important constitute part in the design of vibration isolation.This paper describes the several methods on how to reduce the vibration and noise while hoisting windpipes in the installation and ventilation system,including the method of the pipeline passing through the wall and vibration isolation.The paper uses the spring shock absorber,spring hangers,vibration reduction mats of rubber,rubber flexible connectors,metal flexible pipe,corrugated pipe compensator and so on to reduce the vibration transmission by the local oscillator.Besides,the paper gives an account of some attentive matters while installing some shock absorbers.
