摘要
以某地铁项目为例,介绍了特殊地段(取消泵房)钢弹簧浮置板的设计方案,通过建模仿真和现场测试两种方式对该设计方案进行验证。仿真计算的结果是,开孔浮置板的Z振级理论减少量15.7dB。通过对特殊地段开孔现浇板和相邻地段普通整体道床的现场对比测试,得到开孔浮置板的插入损失为15.3dB,满足环评报告的要求。同时分析了影响隔振效果的因素,提出了相应的改进措施。
By taking a specific subway project as an example,this paper introduces the design scheme of steel spring floating slab in a special area(cancel pump room),and verifies the design scheme through modeling simulation and field test.The result of simulation calculation shows that the theoretical reduction of Z vibration level of floating slab with open holes is 15.7dB.Through the field comparison and test of the open-hole cast-in-place board in the special areas and the ordinary integral ballast bed in adjacent area,the insertion loss of open-hole floating board is 15.3dB,which meets the requirements of EIA report.At the same time,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the vibration isolation effect and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures as well as provides the definite references for the other projects of the similar working conditions in the future.
