摘要
通过对船舶柴油机排气系统声学性能优化设计,可以避免排气管路内发生声学共振现象。文章针对实船噪声测试中出现的排气噪声超标问题,基于排气管路的声学有限元模型计算结果,对其结构进行优化,解决了该船的排气噪声超标问题。利用排气管路中的弯头结构设计出T型消声器,能够显著降低特定频率的排气噪声。将对排气噪声的控制从传统的安装消声器提升到基于排气系统全局考虑的降噪措施。
The optimal design for the acoustic property of shipping diesel exhaust system can avoid the acoustic resonating phenomenon occurred in the exhaust pipe line.Aimed at the over-standard problem of exhaust noise appeared in the ship noise test and based on the acoustic finite element model computing result of the exhaust pipe line,the paper carries out the optimization of its structure,settles the over-standard problem of the shipping exhaust noise.The paper uses the angle head structure of the exhaust pipe line to design T type muffler that can reduce specified frequency exhaust noise,and will make the control of exhaust noise from the traditional muffler to the noise reduction measure based on the reduction of the noise measure of the exhaust system whole consideration.
