低噪声车辆减速器降噪特性试验研究

摘要 货运铁路编组站在通过自动化驼峰进行列车编组时,需要对线路上的车辆减速器进行制动,在制动过程中会产生高频突发噪声,对周边环境造成影响。通过实测昆明东站自动化驼峰作业现场新型车辆减速器与普通减速器在制动过程中的噪声特性,验证了新型车辆减速器的降噪性能,也为后续列车编组站在制动噪声控制方面的研究提供了实测资料。 When the freight railway marshalling station in passing through the automatic hump and carrying out train marshalling,it needs to be braked by the vehicle speed reducer on the line.It is easy to generate high-frequency burst noise during the braking process.The noises have brought a great discomfort for the staffs in the marshalling station and the nearby residents,and have caused harm to the human health if things continue this way.Based on the noise characteristics of the new vehicle reducer and the ordinary reducer in the braking process at the automatic hump operation site of East Railway Station of Kunming,the paper verifies the noise reduction performance of the new vehicle reducer on site and provides the real measurement data for the research of the braking noise control.
