盾构钢弹簧浮置板轨道调整措施及应用实例

摘要 钢弹簧浮置板道床施工时,普遍存在轨道结构高度不足的问题,文章结合工程实际经验,给出满足常规钢弹簧浮置板施工的实际轨道结构高度至少为862mm。由于盾构施工误差等原因,致使实际轨道结构高度不足,分析了超差后带来的不利影响,对应的调整措施一般有调线调坡、降低道床板厚度、缩小隔振器横向间距等,结合工程实例介绍了其应用过程。 In order to solve the generally problem of insufficient height of track structure when building steel-spring floating-slab bed.In combination with the actual engineering experience,the paper provides the actual height of track structure of 862 mm at least,that meets the construction of the conventional steel-spring floating-slab.Due to the construction error of the shield structure,etc.,the actual height of track structure may be insufficient.The paper analyzes the adverse effects of extra-size.The corresponding adjustment measures generally include measures such as adjustment of route alignment and gradient,reduction of the thickness of track bed,and reduction of the lateral spacing of vibration isolator.The paper introduces the application process in combination with the engineering examples.
