城轨上盖开发振动噪声专项治理新模式初探

Initial Exploration on New Model for Vibration and Noise Special Control of Upper Structure Development in Urban Rail Transit

国内众多城市轨道交通上盖开发项目建设不断推陈出新成为行业热点,对振动噪声控制提出了更新、更高的要求。文章通过梳理近十来年我国上盖开发振动噪声控制项目,发现存在专用的标准规范不健全、管理和实施模式存在局限性、建设环节呈现责任孤岛、重轨道源而轻其他振噪源控制、控制措施低速状态性能堪忧等问题,文章有针对性地提出了上盖开发振动噪声专项治理新模式,并进行了一些初步探索,以期助力推动轨道交通高品质上盖开发。

The project constructions of real estate development at depots in urban rail transit in China have brought forth the new through the old and become a hot spot of the engineering industry like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.At the same time,the paper puts forward the more updated and higher requirements on the vibration and noise control.Based on the vibration and noise control projects of real estate development in China in the recent ten years,the paper focuses on some problems.The special specification is not perfect;the management and implementation mode exist limitations;the construction links emerge the responsibility islet;pay more attention to the track sources,but belittle the control of other vibration and noise sources and the low speed performance of the control measures are worried.The paper puts forward the new mode for vibration and noise of the control of real estate development in urban rail,carries out some initial explorations to help and promote the high quality and real estate development in urban rail transit.
