广西第十二周期春大豆区试报告

Report on regional trial for the 12th period spring soybean in Guangxi

摘要 【目的】通过多年多点试验,鉴定桂1003、桂1016、桂208、桂0513-1、桂26BC3-7、桂0511-8、圣豆40、圣豆41、和粤春2010-1等9个品系(种)的丰产性、适应性、抗逆性以及品质等表现,评选出比对照种“桂春1号”高产、适应性广、抗逆性强、品质优良的春大豆品种。【方法】试验周期为2015~2017年,包括2015~2016年两年区域试验和2017年一年生产试验。区域试验采用随机区组排列,小区面积6.67m2,三次重复;生产试验采用小区顺序排列,小区面积133.34m2,不设重复。通过鉴定参试品种的小区产量、生育期、株高、单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重、倒伏性及抗病抗虫性等性状,并通过软件分析,确定它们的丰产性、稳定性、适应性等。【结果】9个参试品种中,桂208和粤春2010-1两个品种的综合性状优于对照种“桂春1号”,达到广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定标准,通过广西春大豆区试,可供广西各地引种、试种示范和推广。其余品种未能达到审定标准,予以淘汰。 【Objective】Through multi-point experiments,we identified the nine lines(species)of soybean with the expression:yield ability,adaptability,resistance and quality,including Gui No.1003,Gui No.1016,Gui No.208,Gui No.0513-1,Gui No.26BC3-7,Gui No.0511-8,Shengdou No.40,Shengdou No.41,and Yuechun No.2010-1.Compared with the control variety Guichun No.1,spring soybean varieties with high yield,wide adaptability,strong stress resistance and good quality were selected.【Method】The pilot cycle is 2015-2017,including 2015-2016 two-year regional trial and 2017 one-year production test.In the regional experiment,the random block arrangement was adopted,the area of the plot was 6.67m2,with three repetition,and the production test was arranged in the order of the plot,the area of the district was 133.34m2,and there was no repetition.The yield,growth period,plant height,pod number per plant,grain number per plant,100 grain weight,lodging and resistance to insects were identified,and their high yield,stability and adaptability were determined by software analysis.【Result】Among the 9 varieties tested,Gui No.208 and Yuechun No.2010 were superior to the control“Guichun No.1”,which reached the examination and approval standard of crop varieties in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Through the regional test of spring soybeans in Guangxi,it could be introduced,demonstrated and popularized in various parts of Guangxi.The rest of the varieties failed to meet the examination and approval standards and were eliminated.
