摘要
【目的】深入研究富硒农业科技创新政策措施,促进富硒农业高效发展。【方法】通过实地走访、座谈询问、查找文献资料等方法,从科技创新角度分析广西富硒农业发展存在的问题,提出相应的对策建议。【结果】广西注重富硒农业开发,具备良好科研基础和条件,但在科研水平、标准体系、创新平台、科技人才、企业研发等方面还存在较大短板,亟需政策扶持。【建议】加快广西富硒农业科技创新的建议包括:加强科技研发力度;健全富硒标准体系;提档升级创新平台;加强人才队伍建设与交流合作;提高企业研发能力,促进成果转化。
【Objective】In-depth study the policy and measures of selenium-rich agricultural science and technology innovation,to promote the efficient development of selenium-rich agriculture.【Method】Through field visits,discussion and inquiry,literature search and other methods,this paper analyzes the issues existing in the development of selenium-rich agriculture in Guangxi from the point of view of scientific and technological innovation,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.【Result】Guangxi pays attention to the development of selenium-rich agriculture and has good scientific research foundation and conditions,but at the scientific research level,there are still some shortcomings in the standard system,innovation platform,scientific and technological talents,enterprise R&D and so on,which need to be given policy support.【Suggestion】The suggestions to speed up the scientific and technological innovation of selenium-rich agriculture in Guangxi include:strengthening the research and development of science and technology;Developing the standard system of full selenium enrichment;upgrading the innovation platform of file;advancing the construction and exchange of talents;improving the R&D ability of enterprises and promoting the transformation of achievements.
