Conception of development model of southern buffalo under the new normal

水牛作为我国南方主要的大型经济动物,是农业发展的特色优势产业。目前这一宝贵丰富资源尚未得到合理配置使用,未能形成以奶水牛业为核心的草食家畜优势产业。通过对比分析国内外水牛产业发展现状,并采用SWOT分析我国南方水牛产业的发展优势、劣势、机遇和面临的挑战,提出构建生态友好、资源循环的发展模式,跨省联合、协作有力的良繁体系,区域集中、示范有效的品改体系,母犊留养、公牛育肥的培育体系,规模养殖、标准统一的奶牛体系,品种多样、均衡供应的饲料体系,特色高值、国际竞争的产品体系,肉用突出、品质争先的肉牛体系,优势互补、重点突出的支撑体系,内外联动、协同创新的国合体系等今后南方水牛产业发展模式构想,以及实施的具体对策措施。

Buffalo is the main large economic animal in the south of China,and it is the characteristic advantage industry of agricultural development.At present,this valuable and rich resource has not been reasonably allocated and used,and the dominant industry of herbivorous livestock with dairy buffalo industry as the core has not been formed.By comparing and analyzing the present situation of buffalo industry at home and abroad,and applying SWOT to analyze the development advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of buffalo industry in southern China,this paper puts forward the concept of southern buffalo industry development model in the future,such as construction mode of ecologically friendly and resource cycle development,good propagation system of cross-provincial alliance and well cooperative,effective quality reform system of regional concentration and effect demonstration,cultivation system of female calves and bulls fattening,dairy cow system of scale culture and standard unified,feed system of rich varieties and balanced supply,product system of characteristic high value and international competitive,beef cattle system of meat outstanding and quality first,support system of complementary advantages and prominent focus,the national cooperation system of internal&external linkage and collaborative innovation,as well as the concrete countermeasures to be implemented.
