超临界萃取—分子蒸馏分离烟末香味成分提升再造烟叶可用性 被引量:3

Improving availability of reconstituted tobacco with aroma components extracted from tobacco dust by supercritical extraction combined with molecular distillation separation

摘要 【目的】提高再造烟叶的感官品质和工业可用性。【方法】采用超临界CO2萃取废次烟末,利用分子蒸馏技术对萃取物进行分离、蒸馏得到三个等级(80℃、120℃、160℃)馏分。组配不同馏分添加到再造烟叶中,通过感官评价、化学分析进行筛选。将再造烟叶添加到成品卷烟中,最终根据感官评价结果确定最优馏分组配方案。【结果】研究结果表明:在现有再造烟叶工艺基础上添加3‰80℃馏分和2‰120℃馏分后,新型再造烟叶香气丰满细腻,刺激小,余味干净,整体协调,较柔和,同等比例新型再造烟叶加入成品卷烟中,感官品质明显改善。【结论】烟末超临界萃取物的分级分子蒸馏技术及其组配技术的应用,可以有效改善再造烟叶产品的品质,从而提高卷烟品质。 In order to improve sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco products,discarded tobacco extracted by supercritical CO2 was separated and distilled by molecular distillation techniques,resulting in the formation of light fractions at 80℃,120℃and 160℃respectively.Reconstituted tobacco products with mixtures of three light fractions were investigated by sensory evaluation.The optimal fraction scheme was determined by evaluation results of sensory quality.Results showed that reconstituted tobacco product with 3‰80℃light fraction and 2‰120℃light fraction was improved in aroma quantity,quality,purity and cleanness while irritation was alleviated,exhibiting soft and harmonious overall aromas.Sensory quality of tobacco products was also improved when the updated reconstituted tobacco product was improved.The application of fractional molecular distillation technology of tobacco supercritical extracts can effectively improve quality of reconstituted tobacco products and thus improve quality of cigarettes.
