摘要
车轮防滑保护可以在轮轨黏着突然降低情况下减少制动力,防止车轮擦伤,并充分利用黏着以缩短制动距离,是列车制动系统的核心技术之一。架控制动系统将防滑阀和制动阀合二为一,具有较高集成化,无独立防滑阀,此时如何有效地实施防滑保护控制,将关乎到架控制动系统的运行安全。因此,本文设计了一种架控空气防滑控制策略,满足了架控制动系统对防滑控制的要求。仿真测试和实车试验的结果已验证了该架控空气防滑控制策略的有效性和可靠性。
Wheel slide protection system is one of the core technology for the train brake system,and it can reduce the braking force in case of abrupt reduction of the adhesion between wheel and rail to prevent wheel flat scratches,and make full use of the adhesion to shorten the braking distance.The bogie control brake system combines the anti-skid valve and the brake valve,has higher integration,and does not have independent anti-skid valves.How to implement the anti-slide protection control effectively will directly affect the operation safety of the system.Therefore,an air anti-slide strategy is designed which can meet the requirements of anti-slide control in this paper.The simulation test and real vehicle experiment results have verified the validity and reliability of the bogie control anti-slide control strategy.
