摘要
依据UIC 515-4标准规定的转向架构架疲劳试验载荷,用雨流计数法进行载荷等级划分,并将结构对称性原理与弹性力学叠加原理用于有限元计算,得到构架每级载荷作用下的应力分布,考虑到焊接结构的特殊性,以英国焊接协会BS 7608标准中疲劳设计规范提供的焊接接头S-N曲线为依据,利用Palmgren-Miner累计损伤法则,完成了对某型地铁列车转向架构架进行了强度评估。累计损伤比表明,构架满足疲劳强度设计要求。同时,计算过程表明,将结构对称性用于有限元计算,可以大大的减少工程计算时间。
Based on the fatigue test load of bogie frame stipulated in UIC 515-4 standard,the load grade could be divided by rain-flow counting method,the use of finite element methods with the principle of structural symmetry and superposition,achieved the stress distribution of frame under each load level.Then,According to the S-N curve of welded joints provided by the fatigue design code BS7608 from the British Welding Association,the strength evaluation of a metro train bogie frame is completed by using the Palmgren-Miner cumulative damage rule.Through the cumulative damage ratio,frame meets fatigue strength design requirements.Meanwhile,the calculation process shows that the symmetry of the structure used in the finite element calculation can greatly reduce the engineering calculation time.
