摘要
TB/T 1407.1-2018《列车牵引计算第1部分:机车牵引式列车》纳入了粉末冶金闸瓦实算摩擦系数、换算摩擦系数及换算闸瓦压力公式。分析了各型粉末冶金闸瓦的差异,介绍了粉末冶金闸瓦实算摩擦系数、换算摩擦系数及换算闸瓦压力公式推导过程,给出了L 2型、H型粉末冶金闸瓦与M型粉末冶金闸瓦的二次等效关系。
Actual friction coefficient,conversion friction coefficient and conversion brake shoe force of powder metallurgy brake pad is brought into TB/T 1407.1-2018 Railway train traction calculation-Part1:Train with locomotives.This paper confirms the difference between the various types powder metallurgy brake shoes,introduces the derivation process of friction coefficient,conversion friction coefficient and conversion brake shoe force formula of powder metallurgy brake shoe,and gives the 2nd equivalent relationship between L 2 type,H type powder metallurgy brake shoe and M type powder metallurgy brake shoe.
