摘要
某型大功率交流传动机车在运营100万km期间,转向架轴箱弹簧发生断裂。采用断口显微组织检验、金相分析、化学成分分析、硬度检测等方法,同时结合弹簧设计标准,通过构建有限元模型及模拟运营工况,对弹簧发生断裂失效的原因进行分析,并提出了预防弹簧断裂失效的改进措施。
During some type of high-power AC-drive and heavy haul locomotive running 0km to 1,000,000 km,the bogie axlebox springs have fractured.In this paper microstructure examination,metallographic analysis,chemical composition analysis and hardness test are adopted,combined with the design standard of the springs,building the finite element model and simulating the operating cases,to analyze the caution of the spring failure.And the improvement approaches for precaution are put forward.
