摘要
以城轨用受电弓为研究对象,结合其极限载荷受力情况获得受电弓弓头板簧部件为受力薄弱环节,根据厦门地铁1号线线路试验历程载荷情况对受电弓弓头板簧进行寿命预计,结果分析满足疲劳设计寿命要求,并为后续维护使用提供理论依据。
Taking the metro pantograph for research objects,with reference of the ultimate force of pantograph,finding that head spring is the weakness of the stressing.According to the line testing load of Xiamen subway line 1,we get the fatigue life predictions that can meet the needs completely,and provides the theoretical basis for future maintenance.
