摘要 为了研究掺加源自过滤嘴醋酸纤维改性沥青的蠕变行为,选择五组醋酸纤维掺量制备醋酸纤维改性沥青,利用耐黄变试验机和旋转薄膜烘箱分别对制备的改性沥青进行热-紫外老化和短期老化,测试老化前后改性沥青的针入度和软化点,并利用动态剪切流变仪进行多应力蠕变恢复试验,测试50℃时0.1 KPa和3.2 KPa两种应力水平的剪切应变,对比分析不同老化模式的恢复率和不可恢复柔量。 In order to study the creep behavior of the cellulose acetate modified asphalt binder from cigarette butts,five groups of cellulose acetates were selected to prepare the cellulose acetate modified asphalt binders.The modified asphalt binders were conducted with the thermo-ultraviolet aging by the yellowing resistance tester and short-term aging by the rolling thin film oven.Then,the penetrations and softening points of the modified asphalt binders were measured before and after aging.The multiple stress creep recovery test was carried using the dynamic shear rheometer,and their shear strains were tested under 0.1 KPa and 3.2 KPa at 50℃.In addition,the recovery rates and irrecoverable compliances were analyzed under different aging modes.
