摘要
为优化泡沫沥青就地冷再生混合料级配,研究了水泥、机制砂和19~26.5 mm粗集料对冷再生混合料高温性能的影响。结果表明:与不掺水泥相比,掺1.5%的水泥,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的抗车辙能力可提高160%。与不掺机制砂相比,机制砂掺量为20%时,动稳定度可提高62%;9.5~19 mm粗集料掺量为10%~20%时,与不掺粗集料相比,动稳定度可至少提高96%。基于高温稳定性能进行级配优化时,建议冷再生混合料中19~26.5 mm粗集料掺量为10%~20%、机制砂掺量为20%、水泥掺量为1.5%。
In order to optimize the gradation of in-situ cold recycled mixture of foamed asphalt,the influence of cement,sand and 19~26.5 mm coarse aggregate on the high temperature performance of cold recycled mixture was studied.The results show that the dynamic stability of the cold recycled mixture can be improved by 160%with 1.5%cement as compared with that without cement.When the mechanical sand content is 20%,the dynamic stability can be improved by 62%compared with that without mechanical sand.When the content of 9.5~19 mm coarse aggregate is 10%~20%,the dynamic stability can be improved by at least 96%compared with that without coarse aggregate.When gradation optimization is carried out based on high temperature stability,it is suggested that the content of 19~26.5 mm coarse aggregate is 10%~20%,the content of machine-made sand is 20%,and the content of cement is 1.5%.
