催化裂化分馏塔顶油气冷却器湿硫化氢应力腐蚀问题探讨

摘要 文中通过无损检测发现了某催化裂化装置分馏塔顶油气冷却器开裂现象,结合相关文献,从裂纹的形貌和开裂部位分析裂纹为硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。根据操作工艺和设备情况两方面分析裂纹产生的原因,针对检验结果给出处理意见,为工程上防范湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂提出建议,以实现炼厂长周期安全运行。 The cracking phenomenon of oil and gas cooler on the top of fractionator of a catalytic cracking unit was detected using nondestructive testing.According to relevant literature,based on the crack morphology and crack location,it is classified to be sulfide stress corrosion cracking.The reason of cracks is analyzed according to the operation process and equipment conditions,and the suggestions are given with the test results.Suggestions are put forward to prevent stress corrosion cracking of wet hydrogen sulfide in engineering,so as to realize long-term safe operation of refinery.
