摄像机视频中间隙歇性异常抖动自动监控方法 被引量:2

摘要 视频图像画面的间歇性异常抖动会降低图像的质量,并导致视频中关键信息的丢失,针对传统自动抖动监控方法图像位移矢量偏差大,像素点PSNR值不易控制的缺陷,提出一种基于多帧预测编码的异常抖动自动监控方法研究。分解视图图像的编码层结构并对比相邻帧图像像素点位移的偏差,给出了预测编码与解码的通用流程,并提取出视频图像信息中的特征矢量;对原始图像进行灰度化处理提升视频图像画面的对比度,针对清晰度要求更高的视频图像则采用分块对比方式,最终实现对视频监控中异常抖动的自动监控。实验结果表明,提出自动监控方法的像素位移矢量值更接近于标准值,在像素点PSNR的控制方面提出监控方法能够将绝大部分像素值控制在[20~40]的区间范围内,性能明显优于传统的异常抖动自动监控方法。 Intermittent abnormal jitter of video image will reduce the quality of image and lead to the loss of key information in video.Aiming at the defects of traditional automatic jitter monitoring methods,such as large deviation of image displacement vector and difficult control of PSNR value of pixels,an automatic abnormal jitter monitoring method based on multi-frame predictive coding is proposed.Decomposes the coding layer structure of view image and compares the deviation of pixel displacement of adjacent frame image,gives the general flow of prediction coding and decoding,and extracts the feature vectors in video image information;gray-scale processing of original image improves the contrast of video image picture,and block-wise comparison is used for video image with higher clarity requirement,finally realizes the contrast.Automatic monitoring of abnormal jitter in video surveillance.The experimental results show that the pixel displacement vector value of the proposed automatic monitoring method is closer to the standard value.In the control of PSNR,the proposed monitoring method can control most of the pixel values within the range of intervals,and its performance is obviously better than the traditional abnormal jitter monitoring method.
